Siam Winery is the No. 1 producer of wine and “innovative lifestyle
beverages” in Thailand, including SPY Wine Cooler and Monsoon Valley
vintages that have become a cornerstone of Thailand’s maturing wine
culture. Diversifying its product line and targeting young, trendy urbanites,
Siam Winery broke into apple ciders with Moose Cider.
As a Bangkok-based PR agency and website developer, PAPER & PAGE
was tasked with developing the Moose Cider website and promoting
its partnership announcement with up-and-coming British-Thai F1 racer
Alexander Albon.

The website needed to convey Moose Cider’s youthful brand identity
and allow our client to easily post news and updates, especially the
upcoming partnership announcement with Albon. After the initial
assessment, PAPER & PAGE realized that it would need to perform a
complete backend overhaul of the website to support these goals. We had
less than a month.
In a broader marketing challenge, ciders are a relatively niche market. Siam
Winery not only needed to promote Moose Cider as a leader in its product
category, but to popularize the product category itself. Moose Cider must do
for ciders what Monsoon Valley did for Thai wines.
