We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who possesses an excellent technical background, the ability to juggle multiple priorities & tasks, and strong interpersonal & communication skills to join our digital marketing team as Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.
As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our clients’ marketing strategy, which includes creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.
- Supporting project proposals and ongoing programs with competitor research and market research
- Collaborating with the project management team to set budgets for digital marketing programs
- Collaborating with content marketing team to incorporate SEO in content creation
- Creating and maintaining databases for content and budget management
- Scheduling and publishing content for client websites and social media channels
- Distributing press releases and earning PR coverage from target media outlets
- Gathering project data to identify issues and implement improvements
- Producing regular reports for ongoing projects including PR clippings, content delivery, and social media & website performance
- Collaborating with project management team to create and update marketing literature
- Staying updated on best practices related to company services
- Staying updated on content publishing platforms for social media and websites
- Training in company tools for marketing analytics and SEO
- Incorporating social and environmental targets in the annual performance review
- Other duties as assigned
- At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
- A minimum of two year’s experience working in an agency environment as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Proficient command of both English and Thai language
- Experience in creating engaging content for both offline and online channels
- Confident using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workplace, Trello)
- Practical experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
- Sound understanding of SEO best practices and the latest advertising & marketing trends
- Ability to present ideas, problem solve, and adapt in response to changing client needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines & goals, and prioritize effectively
- Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
