We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who possesses exceptional writing & research skills, a passion for brand storytelling, and the versatility to adapt to the needs of different accounts, platforms, and formats to join our content marketing team as Content Manager.
As Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing engaging content for our clients’ websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms according to project objectives, while contributing to style guides and company best practice.
- Editing and reviewing content for client websites, social media, press releases, and other marketing materials
- Supporting project proposals and ongoing programs with copywriting, content pitches, and creative strategy
- Collaborating with project management team to plan content production pipelines
- Collaborating with digital marketing team to incorporate SEO in content creation
- Collaborating with designers and web developers to create engaging graphics
- Managing and maintaining content audits for each project
- Managing and maintaining project style guides
- Staying updated on marketing literature on relevant clients, competitors, and industries
- Staying updated on best practices related to company services
- Familiarizing with company tools for marketing analytics and SEO
- Familiarizing with content publishing platforms for social media and websites
- Incorporating social and environmental targets in the annual performance review
- Other duties as assigned
- At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or in a similar field
- A minimum of one year’s experience working in an agency environment as a Content Manager
- Proficient command of both English and Thai language
- Experience in writing, proofreading, and editing engaging content for both offline and online channels
- Confident using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workplace, Trello)
- Sound understanding of SEO best practices and the latest advertising & marketing trends
- Ability to present ideas, problem solve, and adapt in response to changing client needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines & goals, and prioritize effectively
- Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
